Atari set May 5 as the date of its reverse stock split, to swap 200 old shares for 1 new one

Atari said on Mar 16, 2026 that it was implementing the reverse stock split it had announced earlier, a move that merges many old shares into fewer new ones: 200 old shares with a par value of €0.01 would become 1 new share with a par value of €2.00. Old shares were to trade until May 4, and the new shares were to be admitted to trading on Euronext Growth in Paris from May 5 under a new ISIN code, the identifier of a security. The company said the split was a purely technical transaction with no direct impact on its share capital or on the total value of the shares each shareholder held. It gave the aim as restoring a normal number of shares, reducing share price volatility and supporting a new stock market dynamic.12345

Atari said 559,212,476 old shares were subject to the split and 2,796,062 new shares would be issued. In its example, a holder of 2,000 shares at an indicative price of €0.12 would hold 10 shares at €24, and the holding would be worth €240 either way.678

The operations were to start on Apr 1, 2026 and the split to take effect on May 5, 2026. During an adjustment period from Apr 1 to May 4, 2026, holders whose old shares did not make a whole number of new shares had to buy or sell old shares themselves to reach a multiple of 200. After that, shareholders who had not been able to reach a multiple of 200 were to be compensated by their financial intermediary, and old shares that had not been consolidated were to be delisted at the end of the period. The exercise of stock options, free shares, share subscription warrants and convertible bonds was to be suspended from Mar 25 to May 7, 2026.9101112131415

The terms followed a delegation that shareholders had granted at the combined General Meeting of Sep 22, 2025; Atari's Board of Directors set them at its meeting on Mar 12, 2026. Atari described itself as owning or managing a portfolio of more than 400 games and franchises, among them Asteroids, Centipede, Missile Command, Pong and RollerCoaster Tycoon. It said its family of brands included the game developers Digital Eclipse and Nightdive Studios.161718
