LightOn, an enterprise AI company founded in Paris and listed on Euronext Growth, said on Mar 31, 2026 that its revenue for 2025 was €1.7 million, up 54%. The company attributed the growth to sales of licences for its Paradigm platform, which it said were multiplied by nearly 3. The AMF, France’s financial markets regulator, lists the release as inside information, the label for news that a listed company has to publish as soon as it can.1234

It reported an operating loss of €7.7 million and a net loss of €7.4 million for 2025. The income statement in the release shows a larger net loss for 2025 than for 2024. The company said the accounts had been audited and that the auditor’s reports were being prepared. Among its key performance indicators, it listed a gross margin of 29% for 2025, against 28% for 2024, and an EBITDA deficit of €9.1 million, against €5.9 million.5678

For the year, LightOn said other operating income of €3.6 million included €2.5 million of development costs capitalised for improvements to Paradigm and €1.1 million of grants from French and European programmes. Its average headcount rose from 34 to 52 people, mainly during the first three quarters of 2025.910

The company said that delays at some clients awaiting equipment, together with Paradigm licence sales cycles spread over several months, led to lags in signing contracts. In that context, it said, annual recurring revenue, which it defines as revenue projected on an annual basis for contracts existing at period-end, increased more moderately than anticipated and reached €1.9 million at the end of December 2025. Net cash stood at €3.8 million at Dec 31, 2025, against €11.9 million a year earlier, a change the company said resulted from the loss incurred during the year.11121314

For 2026, LightOn said it anticipated a gradual improvement in access to hardware, after a year in which GPU supply constraints weighed on its deployment pace, and an acceleration of generative AI adoption in Europe. It also said it anticipated a transition to profitability at the end of 2026, and that it was studying financing options to complement the funds raised at its initial public offering in November 2024. Igor Carron, the chief executive and co-founder, said concerns about the risk of leakage or uncontrolled use of internal data were still a significant obstacle to adoption and that Paradigm, as a sovereign solution, aimed to lift it with major clients. He pointed to Paradigm’s recent developments, including the integration of LightOnOCR-2.151617181920
