Nacon said on May 18, 2026 that its consolidated sales for the 2025-2026 financial year, from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, were €160.8 million, 4.3% lower than the year before. The company marked the sales figures as unaudited and said the result was lower than its initial forecasts. Sales in the fourth quarter of the financial year, January to March, were €36.6 million, 3.8% lower than a year earlier. For the full financial year, sales of games rose 10.7% to 107.5 M€ (millions of euros), while sales of accessories fell 26.9% to 47.7 M€, a fall the company put mainly down to increased US tariffs.1234567891011

The release also updated the judicial reorganisation proceedings opened for the company at the Commercial Court of Lille Métropole after a hearing on Mar 2, 2026. The company said it had since undertaken an in-depth strategic review of all its activities and a significant effort to streamline its costs, with a resizing of its workforce. It said the court had ordered, on Apr 29, 2026, the judicial liquidation of two French subsidiaries: Spiders, a video game development studio with no launch projects in the near future, and Nacon Tech, a motion capture entity. Two other subsidiaries, the Cyanide and Kylotonn studios, were under judicial reorganisation proceedings and would undergo restructuring, the release said. Nacon was working on a draft recovery plan involving a restructuring of its debt, which it meant to submit to the court in the months after May 18, the release said.1213141516171

Nacon said a review of its asset values would lead it to record significant provisions, notably impairments on goodwill and on certain games to be abandoned or written down. The company said these non-recurring adjustments would heavily impact its annual results for fiscal 2025/2026, and stated that the impairments did not affect its operational dynamics or the continuation of its transformation strategy. For fiscal 2026-2027, the company said, the year would benefit from the release of several major games, including Tour de France 26, Pro Cycling Manager 26, Endurance Motorsport, MXGP 26, Cthulhu, The Mound, Edge of Memories and Hunting Simulator 3. It expected accessories to return to growth that year, in a more favourable US market, driven by new RIG headsets and racing wheels for consoles, and said it would publish its full-year results on Jul 20, 2026.181920212223

In another release that day, Nacon unveiled three Revosim Direct Drive steering wheel bundles, compatible with PC and consoles. The premium RS Pure, a 10NM bundle, marked Nacon's strategic entry into the console sim-racing market, the company said; the RS Initiale and the RS Lite were intermediate and entry-level bundles. The company said technical specifications, availability and further details would be revealed at a later date.24252627
