Atari said on May 26, 2026 that it expected revenue of about $64 million for the fiscal year that ended March 31, 2026, counting the contribution it expected from Thunderful. Without Thunderful, it expected about $51 million, which it described as about 40% organic growth on the previous year. The company said that growth came mainly from its Games business across Atari, Digital Eclipse, Nightdive and Infogrames. The figures were preliminary and unaudited, and the release said the audit of the group was under way.123456

A footnote gave the period of Thunderful's expected contribution as seven months, from Sep 1, 2025 to Mar 31, 2026. A footnote on the $51 million put it at about €44 million at the average euro-dollar rate over the year, and put annual growth at about 30% at what the release called the current exchange rate. For the figure with Thunderful, another footnote gave growth of approximately 65% at the exchange rate it called current, against about 79% as stated. Atari also said the improving business momentum was expected to drive it towards positive current operating income and positive operating cash flow generation on a full-year basis, and a footnote said that excluded Thunderful.7489101112

The company counted about 17 new releases in the year, across owned and licensed intellectual properties, in digital and physical editions, on PC and console. Its studio Digital Eclipse released the Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection in October 2025, and during the year Nightdive Studios released remasters of the 1997 shooters Blood: Refreshed Supply and Outlaws + A Handful of Missions. In August 2025, Atari acquired the intellectual property rights to five titles from Ubisoft: Cold Fear, I Am Alive, Child of Eden, Grow Home and Grow Up.13141516

Wade Rosen, Atari's chairman and chief executive, said the games-focused strategy the company had started four years earlier was paying off. He said the company was excited about what lay ahead, notably with the recent acquisitions of Thunderful and Implicit Conversions and the new game line-up for the coming year. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, the company said it expected to continue on its growth path and to deepen the integration of both acquisitions.171819
