Atari said on May 27, 2026 that its shareholders had approved the re-domiciliation, the move of the company's legal home from France to Luxembourg, at the general meeting of that day. The company reported that the re-domiciliation was approved by 95.25% of the votes cast. Atari described its portfolio as including brands such as Asteroids, Centipede, Missile Command, Pong and RollerCoaster Tycoon, and said its shares were listed on Euronext Growth Paris.123456

The vote opened a withdrawal right, the company said, and only shareholders who voted against the move could use it. They could ask Atari to buy their shares back at €24.00 a share, which the company said equalled €0.12 a share before the reverse stock split (a merger of shares into fewer, higher-priced ones) that took effect on May 5, 2026. Atari said the price was the volume-weighted average price of its shares on Euronext Growth over the 20 trading days before it announced the move on Feb 17, 2026, an average weighted by trading volume.789

The exercise period was to open on May 28, 2026. A dissenting shareholder had ten calendar days from the meeting, which the release put at no later than Jun 8, 2026 (inclusive), to submit a buyback request to their financial intermediary. Intermediaries then had to deposit the tendered shares with Uptevia, the agent appointed to centralize the requests, by Jun 16, 2026. Atari expected to pay the buyback price and settle between the end of July and the end of September 2026, within two months of the re-domiciliation's completion at the latest and subject to that completion. Until payment, dissenting holders could still sell their shares by asking their intermediary to have Uptevia release them, and the withdrawal right was then treated as waived for those shares.1011121314
