LightOn said on Jul 28, 2026 that its revenue for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026 was €1.1 million, up 51% on the same period of 2025 and mainly achieved in France. The AMF, the French financial markets authority, lists the release as inside information, the label for what a listed company must make public because it may move its share price. The table behind the figure, which the release marked as not audited and gave in thousands of euros, showed a total of €1,070 thousand against €709 thousand a year earlier.123456

Paradigm licence sales rose 34%, to €849 thousand from €633 thousand, which the company put down to new contracts signed during the period and to last year’s contracts contributing in full to 2026 revenue. Sales of services related to Paradigm rose tenfold, to €220 thousand from €22 thousand, reflecting new contracts begun in the first half of 2026. The table’s Forge line had €53 thousand of revenue a year earlier, all of it from services, and none in the latest period.7684

Annual recurring revenue, which the release defined as revenue projected on an annual basis for contracts existing at period end, stood at €1.9 million at June 30, 2026, stable compared with December 31, 2025. New contracts signed in the first half added €0.2 million of recurring revenue, which expired or discontinued contracts offset by an equivalent amount. The growth of the commercial pipeline seen since 2025 was only partly reflected in first-half sales, the company said, and the rate of conversion of opportunities remained contrasted. It added that in France some AI integration projects had been postponed or canceled over GPU procurement or budget constraints at certain prospects, and that geopolitical tensions in the Middle East had delayed several opportunities in the region.910111213

On cash, LightOn said that conversions of opportunities into revenue to date, and those expected in the next three months, had led it to review its cash forecast and its path to profitability in 2026, and to estimate that its activities would be funded until the end of 2026 rather than the end of 2027, as previously forecast. It said it was in advanced discussions with Vester Finance, a shareholder and partner, about financing options that would extend that horizon to the end of 2027, alongside work on its cost structure. For the second half of 2026, the company said it intended to capitalize on its sovereign positioning and on features including multimodal RAG and LightOnOCR-2.141516
