Ubisoft said its annual general meeting of shareholders was held on Sep 30, 2026 in Paris and approved all of its resolutions. The company said Yves Guillemot, its chairman and chief executive, chaired the meeting. Shareholders present or represented held an aggregate of 47,65% of outstanding shares, the release said; it wrote the figure with a decimal comma. It said the resolutions were approved by a large majority, which it presented as the shareholders' support for its strategy.123

The release singled out the resolution authorizing the board of directors to grant stock options. Ubisoft called stock options an additional incentive tool that is instrumental in its capacity to attract, retain and engage people with critical expertise. The board also thanked three outgoing directors, Katherine Hays, Olfa Zorgati and Lionel Bouchet, for their contributions, including to the board's oversight of what the company called the group's transformation.45

The release's description of Ubisoft said its teams create games featuring brands such as Assassin's Creed, Brawlhalla, For Honor, Far Cry, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, Just Dance, Rabbids, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six, The Crew and Tom Clancy's The Division. It said the Ubisoft+ subscription service gave access to a growing catalog of more than 100 Ubisoft games and DLC. For the 2025-26 fiscal year, it said Ubisoft generated net bookings of €1.53 billion. Net bookings count what players bought and are not the same as revenue.678

The release said the result of the vote on each resolution would be available on the company's website. We hold the text of this release, 2,398 characters on 2 pages in English with its layout left out, and not the page it points to, so the vote on each resolution is not in our records.910
