NVIDIA filed its 10-Q, the quarterly report US-listed companies file with the SEC, on Nov 19, 2025, for the quarter from Jul 28 to Oct 26, 2025. Revenue was $57.01 billion, up 62.5% from $35.08 billion a year earlier and up 22% from $46.74 billion in the quarter before. Data Center revenue was $51.22 billion, up 66.4% on the year; the company said the quarter's revenue growth was driven by its data center compute and networking platforms for accelerated computing and AI solutions. Operating income was $36.01 billion against $21.87 billion a year earlier, and net income $31.91 billion against $19.31 billion, with diluted earnings per share of $1.30 against $0.78. Gross margin fell to 73.4% from 74.6% a year earlier, which the 10-Q put down to the move from Hopper HGX systems to Blackwell full-scale datacenter solutions.12345678910111213141516

Net income also holds investment gains: other income, net was $1.363 billion in the quarter against $36 million a year earlier, and the 10-Q said the change had come mainly from unrealized gains in NVIDIA's publicly-held and non-marketable equity securities.1718

Gaming revenue was $4.27 billion, against $3.28 billion a year earlier, a rise of 30.1%. The 10-Q tied the rise to continued demand for Blackwell, and said Gaming revenue fell 1% from the previous quarter as channel inventories reached more normalized levels heading into the holiday season. The Graphics segment had revenue of $6.1 billion, up 50.7%, which the 10-Q attributed to sales of the Blackwell architecture. NVIDIA's earnings release, filed the same day, said the launches of Borderlands 4, Battlefield 6 and ARC Raiders came with NVIDIA DLSS 4, Multi Frame Generation and Reflex.192021222324252627

On H20, the 10-Q said the US government granted licenses in August 2025 for certain shipments to China-based customers, and that NVIDIA had generated approximately $50 million in H20 revenue under them by then; H20 sales were insignificant in the quarter. For the fourth quarter, the earnings release gave an outlook of revenue of $65.0 billion, plus or minus 2%.282930
