Mobileye, which develops driver-assistance and autonomous-driving technology, reported revenue of $504 million for the quarter from Jun 29, 2025 to Sep 27, 2025, up 3.7% from $486 million in the same quarter a year earlier. The company, whose parent is Intel, posted an operating loss of $109 million, a net loss of $96 million and a diluted loss of $0.12 a share in its 10-Q, the quarterly report a US-listed company files with the SEC, filed Oct 23, 2025. The same quarter a year earlier had an operating loss of $2.81 billion, a net loss of $2.72 billion and a loss of $3.35 a share. The company attributed the smaller operating loss mainly to a non-cash goodwill impairment of $2,695 million that it recognized in the third quarter of 2024.1234567891011121314

The company said EyeQ chip revenue rose $29 million, or 7%, on an 8% rise in volume from higher customer demand, partly offset by an $8 million fall in revenue from its SuperVision system as volume dropped. Gross margin slipped to 48% from 49%, which it tied to a modest cut in the average selling price of EyeQ chips, mainly from higher volumes in China at lower prices, and to a higher cost per unit given a different product mix. Mobileye's own non-GAAP measure, adjusted operating income, was $74 million against $78 million a year earlier; it leaves out amortization of acquired intangibles and share-based compensation, and in the year-earlier quarter it also added back the goodwill impairment.1516171819

Operating cash flow was $489 million for the nine months to Sep 27, 2025, and the company reported $1.7 billion of cash and cash equivalents after a $100 million share buyback in the third quarter. Intel held about 79.6% of Mobileye's outstanding common stock and 97.3% of its voting power at Sep 27, 2025. In its earnings release the same day, Mobileye raised its full-year 2025 revenue outlook to between $1,845 million and $1,885 million, which it said implied growth of 12% to 14%. Its annual report on Form 10-K later reported revenue of $1.894 billion for the year from Dec 29, 2024 to Dec 27, 2025, above the top of that range. In the release, chief executive Amnon Shashua said the company was preparing for the commercialization of driverless robotaxi beginning in 2026.2021222324
