Mobileye said its CES remark that 2025 revenue was a bit under $2 billion was not meant as a precise figure
An 8-K filed Jan 7, 2026 said the remark was only a general statement of the business's size next to an 8-year revenue pipeline, and that actual results would come on the fourth-quarter earnings call.
On Jan 6, 2026, Mobileye, which is listed on Nasdaq as MBLY and has Intel as its parent, said in a presentation at Mobileye Live at CES 2026, also shown by live webcast, that its estimated revenue for the fiscal year ended Dec 27, 2025 was a bit under $2 billion. It filed an 8-K the next day, the current report that a US-listed company files with the SEC, under item 2.02, results of operations and financial condition. In it the company said the remark was not intended as a precise indication of its actual revenue for the year.1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
Mobileye described the remark as a general statement of the approximate size of its business, set beside its estimated 8-year revenue pipeline, which was the subject of the presentation. It said it would report its actual results for the year at the time of its fourth-quarter and full-year earnings call. Mobileye furnished the 8-K and said it was not to be deemed filed for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and it pointed readers to a replay of the webcast on its website.9,10,11,12
A later 8-K reported that Mobileye issued a press release on Jan 22, 2026 announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended Dec 27, 2025. Its annual report on Form 10-K gave revenue of $1.89 billion for the year from Dec 29, 2024 to Dec 27, 2025, against $1.65 billion for the year from Dec 31, 2023 to Dec 28, 2024. The same annual report showed an operating loss of $440 million and a net loss of $392 million for the year to Dec 27, 2025.13,14,15,16,17
