Kingsoft Cloud raised its 2026 caps on property services and leases from its controlling shareholder's group, the cap on right-of-use assets to RMB65.6 million
Kingsoft Cloud's board resolved to raise the annual caps for 2026 and 2027 on the property services and property leases that its controlling shareholder, Kingsoft Corporation, and that company's subsidiaries provide to it, an announcement dated Mar 1, 2026 in Hong Kong said. Kingsoft Cloud said that, instead of leasing certain properties directly, Kingsoft Corporation's group would lease them and sublet them to it, and that it expected to pay about RMB5.20 million a year in property service fees and to record about RMB49.59 million in right-of-use assets, the item under which it would record the subleased properties (both figures unaudited). The cap on property service fees rose from RMB17.9 million to RMB28.1 million for 2026 and from RMB18.9 million to RMB29.3 million for 2027, and the cap on right-of-use assets rose from RMB5.1 million to RMB65.6 million for 2026 and from RMB5.5 million to RMB66.1 million for 2027.
