Roblox, an immersive gaming and creation platform, reported revenue of $4.89 billion for 2025, up 35.8% from $3.6 billion a year earlier. It filed the figures on Feb 11, 2026 in its annual report on Form 10-K, the yearly filing a US-listed company makes with the SEC, after an earnings release on Form 8-K on Feb 5. Loss from operations was $1.23 billion, against $1.06 billion a year earlier. The net loss attributable to common stockholders was $1.07 billion, against $935.38 million, and the diluted loss per share was $1.54, against $1.44.1234567891011121314

Bookings, a non-GAAP measure of sales activity before certain non-cash adjustments, were $6.79 billion, against $4.37 billion. Roblox said bookings showed trends sooner than revenue, because it recognized the majority of its revenue over the estimated average lifetime of a paying user. Average daily active users were 127 million in 2025, and approximately 1.8 million of them paid on an average day, up from approximately 1.0 million in 2024. Developer exchange fees, the cash amounts creators are eligible to be paid, rose 63% to $1.5 billion. The company said fees grew faster than bookings mainly because of differential Robux pricing from November 2024, the Creator Rewards Program from July 2025 and an 8.5% rise, from Sep 5, 2025, in the cash creators can receive for earned Robux. The 10-K said Roblox was developing, testing and implementing age checks before chat, and that its safety changes had affected and might continue to affect engagement, retention, revenue and bookings.15161718192021222324

General and administrative expenses rose 42% to $580.11 million; the company tied the rise to $68.5 million more in personnel costs, $53.7 million more in professional services expense, primarily legal fees from ongoing litigation, and $34.5 million more in transactional taxes. Its own Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure that leaves out items including stock-based compensation expense of $1.13 billion, fell to $124.76 million from $180.19 million. Operating activities provided $1.8 billion in cash, and cash, cash equivalents and investments were $5.5 billion at the end of 2025, against $4.0 billion a year earlier.25262728293031

Revenue was $3.6 billion in 2024, $2.8 billion in 2023 and $2.23 billion in 2022. The company attributed the 2025 rise mainly to more amortization of earlier deferred revenue and more revenue recognized from the year's bookings, and estimated a paying user's average lifetime at 27 months from Apr 1, 2024. In its Feb 5, 2026 release it forecast 2026 revenue of $6.02 billion to $6.29 billion, growth of 23% to 29%, and bookings of $8.28 billion to $8.55 billion, growth of 22% to 26%.323334353637388
