On Jun 12, 2025, the Update 1 hotfix notes for DOOM: The Dark Ages said the hotfix was available on all platforms and resolved degraded visuals that appeared as increased graininess and/or blurriness in some video settings configurations. The notes also said an investigation was continuing into why some PlayStation 5 users had been unable to unlock the Berserker Achievement or Trophy.
