The Steam announcement of Oct 14, 2026 for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 said the Red Moon Unleashed event would run from Oct 15 to Nov 3. The same notes said the Conflict rank cap was increasing from 100 to 200. They also said starting an Escalation activity would no longer consume Escalation Tokens, though a minimum token balance for the tier would still be needed.
